No really, Liverpool, yes Liverpool! This City has been chosen to be European Capital of Culture for 2008. A title richly deserved, as the following pages will demonstrate.
As a relative newcomer to this fantastic city, I have struggled to articulate my impressions of the rich culture and historic traditions that Liverpool offers. Whether you be Scouse and Proud or just visiting this fair city, this is for you, a tribute to Liverpool, the new Capital of Culture for Europe!
